• Excellent understanding of complex business-related agreements and legal documentation associated with spin-out
companies e.g., shareholder agreements, memoranda of incorporation, preference share and other commercialization
agreements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast moving, action orientated, customer-focused service environment.
