CPS Manager Vacancies Requirements:-
• NQF7 qualification or equivalent in Security/Risk Management or closely related field.
• 8 years’ relevant work experience in a large, unionized security operations management environment coupled
with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
• PSIRA Grade A registration.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A track record of effective people management & leadership.
• Solid knowledge & management of systems and processes relating to effective staff rostering and deployment,
access control, CCTV, risk & investigations, and surveillance.
• Strong planning, organizing, coordinating and work management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work effectively within PSIRA, UCT and relevant security governance structures.
• Proven experience with financial, procurement management and budgets.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide security data, risk assessments and reports for various university committees, stakeholders and
senior leadership.
